Kidstart Childcare and Development Centre at Sta Venera opened its doors to welcome its first families in October 2007. The premises were completely refurbished to exceed the published standards for the facilities of childcare. Babies are accommodated in a separate nursery on the ground floor, while the toddlers up to 3 years old occupy the main ground floor area.

Our outside area is designed to offer diverse opportunities to the children. The fruit trees were retained and artificial turf installed for both aesthetic and safety reasons. A small section of the garden is used for planting and growing beautiful flowers, yummy vegetables and wonderfully-smelling herbs which are used in the children’s activities. Water play is also considered an important educational component in a child’s education and our garden will offer plenty of opportunities for this.
